  H13模具鋼和3Cr2W8V模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)是我(wo)國目前使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)最(zui)廣泛的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)種鍛(duan)造(zao)(zao)模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang),其(qi)中(zhong)H13模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)因(yin)良好的(de)(de)(de)綜合力學(xue)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)及(ji)抗熱(re)(re)(re)冷(leng)疲勞性(xing)(xing)能(neng)勝任一(yi)般熱(re)(re)(re)模(mo)(mo)鍛(duan)造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)需求。但(dan)由于H13模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)作(zuo)為中(zhong)耐熱(re)(re)(re)型(xing)執作(zuo)模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang),其(qi)工作(zuo)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)不宜超過(guo)600度(du),且(qie)淬(cui)透性(xing)(xing)差不利(li)于制造(zao)(zao)大(da)截面模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。3Cr2W8V模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)是我(wo)國比較早的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)且(qie)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)最(zui)廣的(de)(de)(de)高強熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)鍛(duan)模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang),其(qi)熱(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)良好,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)可達650度(du),但(dan)因(yin)其(qi)冷(leng)熱(re)(re)(re)疲勞性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和導熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)差,容易(yi)因(yin)冷(leng)熱(re)(re)(re)疲勞而產生(sheng)龜裂(lie)。而DM模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)為最(zui)近幾年研發(fa)出的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)型(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)鍛(duan)模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang),通過(guo)3種熱(re)(re)(re)鍛(duan)模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)熱(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)定(ding)曲線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)定(ding)及(ji)微(wei)觀(guan)組織(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)觀(guan)察,對比分(fen)析3種鍛(duan)造(zao)(zao)模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)熱(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)優劣及(ji)在(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)定(ding)過(guo)程中(zhong)微(wei)觀(guan)組織(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)變化。3種實驗(yan)(yan)模(mo)(mo)具(ju)(ju)(ju)鋼(gang)(gang)均采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電渣重熔(rong)冶煉,其(qi)化學(xue)成分(fen)如(ru)表(biao)1所示(shi),熱(re)(re)(re)處理工藝及(ji)硬度(du)值(zhi)(zhi)如(ru)表(biao)2所示(shi),其(qi)中(zhong)淬(cui)火(huo)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)冷(leng)卻均在(zai)真空淬(cui)火(huo)爐中(zhong)進(jin)行,等箱式回火(huo)爐穩(wen)定(ding)在(zai)實驗(yan)(yan)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)進(jin)行回火(huo)。熱(re)(re)(re)穩(wen)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)(de)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)箱式爐分(fen)別將試(shi)樣(yang)在(zai)580、620、650度(du)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)24h,然后測(ce)試(shi)不同溫(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)3種實驗(yan)(yan)鋼(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)(de)洛式硬度(du)值(zhi)(zhi)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)發(fa)射(she)掃描(miao)電鏡觀(guan)察試(shi)樣(yang)不同保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)微(wei)觀(guan)組織(zhi),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)高分(fen)辨投射(she)電子顯微(wei)鏡對不同保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)樣(yang)進(jin)行觀(guan)察,并標定(ding)碳化物的(de)(de)(de)類型(xing)。

結果表明:

(1)在580、620、650度(du)(du)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)24h熱穩試驗中,DM模具鋼的硬度(du)(du)始終高(gao)于(yu)H13模具鋼和3Cr2W8V模具鋼;且隨(sui)著保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)的升高(gao),硬度(du)(du)前期下降的速度(du)(du)越(yue)快,后(hou)期均趨(qu)于(yu)平穩。

(2)在(zai)650度熱穩定過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),3Cr2W8V模具鋼中(zhong)存在(zai)W元素(su)(su)大量固溶(rong)于(yu)基體(ti)中(zhong),產(chan)生固溶(rong)強化(hua)(hua)作(zuo)用(yong),而(er)DM模具鋼在(zai)熱穩定過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)由(you)于(yu)亞穩相(xiang)在(zai)高溫(wen)下分解(jie)析出M2C型碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)物產(chan)生硬化(hua)(hua)現象,同(tong)時由(you)于(yu)大量Mn元素(su)(su)固溶(rong)于(yu)基體(ti),阻礙了馬氏體(ti)基體(ti)的(de)回(hui)復,兩者(zhe)相(xiang)輔相(xiang)成保證了其優越的(de)熱穩定性能。
